We recommend that any trainees that intend to sit the November 2025 assessment complete their applications well in advance of the deadline of 5pm on Wednesday 3 September 2025, particularly if you believe you may need support to complete the application.

Please also note that all revalidation records submitted to myGPhC before 2021 will be removed from 1 September. If you want to keep copies of your revalidation records submitted before 2021, you can do so by copying and pasting from myGPhC or taking screenshots before this date.
It is not possible to download records directly from myGPhC and we are unable to provide any technical support with copying records.
