The revalidation records from earlier than 2021 are no longer relevant. We only review new revalidation submissions, and so these records from before 2021 will not be needed at any time by the GPhC.
Take action
If you want to keep copies of your revalidation records submitted before 2021, you can do so by copying and pasting from myGPhC or taking screenshots before the end of August. It is not possible to download records directly from myGPhC and we can’t provide any technical support with copying records.
Planned maintenance
We are implementing a planned data maintenance project on myGPhC to remove accumulated historical records. This aims to improve its performance, enhance user experience for all pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and help the GPhC meet its legal obligations around data storage. The project will affect all pharmacist and pharmacy technicians registered with the GPhC who submit revalidation records every year.
Data removal will commence from 01 September 2025.
Following the initial clean-up, records will be regularly removed on a rolling basis. This means your myGPhC account will always display the most recent four years of revalidation records (currently for 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024).
